A more intimate aspect of Florence, is portrayed by the artist, in some cases familiar because they have not changed with the passing of time and history, but in other cases views of the city which have now completely vanished. Squares, streets, gardens, monuments but also people, have been represented by the artist with a nostalgic mood, which demonstrated his love towards his hometown. A city of Florence still far-off from the contemporary life and mass tourism as we know it today, is portrayed by the artist in some central spaces, but also in the more rural areas of the suburbs.
