Villa Bardini’s garden In whatever season you might decide to visit, it will surprise you
Today the name Villa Bardini refers to the properties located since medieval times on the Montecuccoli hill, a name unknown to the most of Florentines, but which refers to the steep slope descending from San Leonardo street towards Alle Grazie bridge. This piece of land, in spite of being right in the heart of the city, miraculously maintained for centuries its rural function. Between the seventeenth and the nineteenth century, going through many vicissitudes, the hill has become the park of a villa, actually of two villas, and has recently found a new life as one of the most beautiful gardens of Florence.
