Following the Calabrian cuisine represented by the restaurant “Zenzero” which brought to Florence the flavors, colors and sents of Calabria, “L’Osteria di sopra” at Eataly Florence gives us a new chapter on our national cuisine. In April, the baton passes onto the restaurant “Cacciani” from Frascati (Rome), which offers gastronomic tradition and Lazio style cuisine everyday.
