Coordino da anni gli Angeli del Bello, la fondazione fiorentina che si occupa di decoro urbano, e nel corso del tempo sono davvero tanti i volontari che si sono aggiunti alla nostra squadra e insieme abbiamo raggiunto tanti bei risultati. Una delle iniziative di cui siamo promotori e che ci rende particolarmente orgogliosi è la Settimana del Bello, giunta quest’anno alla sua IV° edizione. La Settimana del Bello è sempre molto stimolante e vede la partecipazione di tante persone motivate e sinceramente innamorate della nostra città. Dal 7 al 12 maggio contageremo Firenze con la bellezza, il decoro, il verde, l’arte e la pace. Il programma prevede interventi diversi e ogni Quartiere di Firenze sarà al centro delle nostre attenzioni; coinvolgeremo i nostri Angeli e “aspiranti Angeli” valorizzando approcci, linguaggi e interessi diversi. Lunedì 7 maggio, come da tradizione, saremo al fianco dei più piccini alla Scuola Matteotti; martedì 8 maggio tocca ai TeenAngels del Buontalenti darsi da fare! Mercoledì 9 maggio ci occuperemo dei parchi, invitando tutti ad ammirare le bellezze del Giardino Stibbert, mentre giovedì 10 maggio gli Angeli prepareranno gli spazi per la Street Art al Quartiere 3. Venerdì 11 maggio aderiamo al progetto “LET’S CLEAN UP EUROPE!” e sabato 12 maggio concludiamo in bellezza la Settimana del Bello restituendo a Firenze un altro angolo, splendido e dimenticato, la Piazzetta del Giglio!

May 7th Marks The Beginning Of The 4th Edition
Of The “Settimana del Bello”

For years I have been coordinating Angeli del Bello, the Florentine foundation that takes care of urban deco. In time, many volunteers have become part of our team, and together we have achieved many amazing results. One of the initiatives we promote, and makes us particularly proud, is the Settimana del Bello, which has now reached its 4th edition. The Settimana del Bello is always very stimulating, and sees the involvement of many motivated individuals and people truly in love with our city. From the 7th to the 12th of May, we will spread beauty, decorum, greenery, art and peace across Florence. The program foresees several interventions, and every neighbourhood of Florence will be at the centre of our attentions; our Angels and “aspiring Angels” will contribute by giving value to different approaches, languages and interests. On Monday May 7th, in line with tradition, we’ll work side by side with the children of the Matteotti School; on May 8th it will be the turn of the TeenAngels of the Buontalenti! Wednesday May 9th, we’ll take care of the parks, inviting everyone to admire the beauties of the Stibbert Garden, and on Thursday May 10th the Angels will prepare the spaces for the Street Art in the Quartiere 3. Friday May 11th, we’ll join the project “LET’S CLEAN UP EUROPE!” and, finally, Saturday May 12th we’ll conclude in style the Settimana del Bello, giving back to Florence another magnificent yet forgotten corner: Piazzetta del Giglio!
