Il marchio alberghiero tedesco 25hours Hotel arriva a Firenze con un nuovo hotel dal design innovativo e fantasioso nel nome di Dante, situato nel centro storico fiorentino. Per la nuova struttura alberghiera, aperta al pubblico il 13 settembre 2021, 25hours Hotel ha scelto l’antico monastero di San Paolino, rimodellato e rinnovato, e che ha sede nel complesso che era il Monte de’ Pegni di Firenze. L’atmosfera è contemporaneamente internazionale e fiorentina, con camere e corridoi ispirati ai brani dell’Inferno, Paradiso e Purgatorio della Divina Commedia. La struttura dell’albergo è di più di 10.000 metri quadrati, con un progetto di rinnovo per oltre 100 milioni di euro, coordinato da Genius Loci Architettura. A un passo dal Museo Novecento e da Piazza Santa Maria Novella, il 25hours Hotel di Firenze non si presenta solo come un albergo per turisti, ma come un complesso cosmopolita che vuole legare le antiche strutture fiorentine con la modernizzazione della città. Il nucleo principale è quello dell’originario monastero, dove si trovano 66 camere. Intorno alla parte centrale dell’albergo, la struttura si espande con ulteriori 104 camere da letto con balcone, e un unico Garden Loft, composto da un appartamento con giardino e piscina privati. The German hotel brand 25hours Hotel opens a new Hotel in Florence’s historical centre, with an innovative and fanciful design, in Dante’s name. This new hotel structure that opened to the public on the 13th of September 2021 is located in the ancient monastery of San Paolino, which has been remodelled and renewed, and is based in the Monte de’ Pegni’s complex. The atmosphere of such a place is at the same time international and Florentine, with bedrooms and corridors inspired by passages of Dante’s Divine Comedy’s Hell, Paradise and Purgatory. The structure of the hotel is more than 10.000 square meters, with an innovative renovation project worth more than 100 million euros, coordinated by Genius Loci Architecture. Just a walk away from the Novecento Museum and Santa Maria Novella Square, Florence’s 25hours Hotel does not present itself as only a hotel created for tourists, but rather as a cosmopolitan complex that aims to connect the ancient Florentine structures with the modernisation of the city. The central nucleus is that of the original monastery, in which there are 66 bedrooms. The remaining part of the hotel’s structure expands around the core of the original monastery with 104 more bedrooms with a balcony, and a unique Garden Loft, composed of an apartment with a private garden and swimming pool. The total is 171 bedrooms, individually curated by the famous designer Paola Navone.
