A ODEON FIRENZE“JOUR DE FÊTE” IL CAPOLAVORO DI JACQUES TATI IN VERSIONE RESTAURATA

Lunedì 4 Luglio (ore 21) un importante evento speciale al Cinema Odeon di Firenze che presenta JOUR DE FÊTE, uno dei più grandi capolavori di Jacques Tati, in versione restaurata (in lingua originale francese con sottotitoli in italiano). Il film è l'ultimo appuntamento dell'omaggio al genio di Jacques Tati, proposto dal Cinema Odeon in collaborazione con Viggo Srl, per una retrospettiva che ha avuto un grande successo di pubblico (Firenze è stata la città con più spettatori in tutta Italia).

The attribution of the awards is made by foreign journalists who are usually residents of Los Angeles and belong to the HFPA, “Hollywood Foreign Press Association”.

Sculpting Harriet Tubman – The creative process is a short documentary following the creative process of Harriet Tubman’ sculpture, a symbol of freedom that comes to life into the hands of Canadian artist Frank Rekrut. In 2014 Canadian artist, based in Florence, Frank Rekrut was commissioned by the District School Board of Niagara to sculpt a life-sized statue of Harriet Tubman for the new Harriet Tubman Public School. The Harriet Tubman Public School is born from the unity of three public schools in St. Catherine, one of which Frank attended as a child.
