Anna Balzani

Born in Grosseto in 1978, Anna graduated Magna cum Laude at the University of Florence in Educational Sciences, with a thesis research in Sociology of Organizations carried out under the mentorship of Luciano Visentini and titled “Theatre as a Business Organization. A metaphorical perspective on leadership issues: Shakespeare’s Henry the Fifth as an early model of modern leadership”.

Following her interest in business models for humanities, in 2009 she undertook a training programme in Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Management at Milan SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since then she works as a Press and Events Consultant for businesses and professionals and as an Editor and Copywriter of marketing and educational material.

In 2011 she was the Artistic Director of “Roster’s Tepidarium”, the largest Art Nouveau greenhouse in Italy designed by architect Giacomo Roster and built in the Horticulture Gardens of Florence in 1880s, which now hosts exhibitions and events.

Driven by a passion for Art, Music, Literature and writing, Anna directs her attention to multiple working contexts that enable her to combine her interests with her aspirations.
