Marco Gemelli, classe 1978, sposato con due bimbi, giornalista professionista dal 2007, è membro della World Gourmet Society e dell'Associazione Stampa Enogastroagroalimentare Toscana.
E’ stato redattore ordinario al quotidiano Il Giornale della Toscana, dove per anni si è occupato di cronaca bianca e nera, inchieste, scuola e università, economia, turismo, moda ed enogastronomia. In seno alla stessa testata è curatore dell’inserto semestrale Speciale Pitti Uomo.
Oggi è un libero professionista: collabora con diverse testate – sia online che cartacee – nel settore degli eventi e delle eccellenze del territorio, in particolar modo nel campo enogastronomico. E’ coideatore del progetto “Le cene della legalità” (2013) e autore de “L’Opera a Tavola” (2014), nonchè fondatore del sito www.itrelforchettieri.it, embrione del Forchettiere.
